Why do we teach?
First of all: Because we find joy in it.
We just love to move, to play, to challenge ourselves and to be creative in group settings.
We love to share our experiences, to learn from our students, from mistakes and to grow in the process of teaching.
In our classes we aim to hold a space and facilitate a mind-set where sharing experiences within the group (inspirations, ambitions, self doubt, vulnerability) can provide a fertile soil to progress individually, to build trust and to receive support.
We want to share our experience and strong believe that a routine of multifaceted physical exercises as well as expressing oneself through (art and) movement both can be highly beneficial for our mental and physical health and growth.
We also share an urge to responsibly (re)connect people and cultivate a sentiment for mindfulness and togetherness in a time burdened by crises, uncertainties and seclusion.
