Combining the the fundamentals of modern shaolin kungfu with elements of contemporaray dance and acrobatics we will work expressing the human on body through movement, searching for a flow between softness and explosiveness.
We will focus on building strength and flexibility as well as coordination of our whole body.
The beginner course focuses more on the fundamentals of kungfu and on the foundations for acroabtic movement. We will take more time to build our choreogafies and have more time to repeat.
We will also dive into the basic use of the chinese staff.
Also we will establish a meditative routine through chinese qi gong and tai chi. The class aims to establish a space where participants can progress individually and support each other in their progress
